			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>V časopise <a href="http://www.zive.cz/archivcasopisu/computer.asp" target="_blank">Computer</a> 12/11 vyšel <a href="http://www.zive.cz/clanky/computer-1211-megatest-20-procesoru/sc-3-a-157452/default.aspx" target="_blank">podrobný test procesorů</a> . Porovnávána spotřeba, výkon, cena a mnoho dalších parametrů. Ke každému CPU je věnováno několik vět. Zajímavosti z testu:</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Notebook se zpomalil, běží jen na nejnižší frekvenci (u Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Pro V2045, 6450g, na 600MHz), větráčky nechladí. Nejdříve zkontrolujte jestli takt CPU nemáte záměrně snížen programem  Notebook Hardware Control. Na vině zpomalení je nefunkční <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SpeedStep" target="_blank">SpeedStep</a>. Technologie SpeedStep řídí takt CPU a v době nečinnosti by měla frekvenci snížit na minimum. Problém je, že v případě zatížení se nic neděje a CPU běží stále jen na nejnižší možné frekvenci.</p>
<p>Řešením je přeinstalace ovladače procesoru ve správci zařízení. Vybrat standardní Intel ovladač od MS.</p>
